Charged £165 for not returning equipment

I have given sky tracking details for equipment and still my sky broadband saying I still need to pay the £165.

Your post is a little unclear. Are you saying you've been charged non return fees, you've contacted Sky and given them proof of posting the equipment back but still being charged? If so when did you do this as once Sky have confirmed the return it may take a day or two for the fee request to be removed?
