Hi I cancelled my sky contract and was due to return my sky equipment,but it got misplaced as I was moving house and I was charged £117 I've now found the equipment, if I send it back now will I be refunded?

You can get a refund once the equipment has been received by the company that handles the returns so when you send it off make sure you get and keep proof of posting so you can track it and when it has arrived post back here for help with the refund.
