I have been charged 26 pound for allegedly using my streaming pucks elsewhere. I have not, and have sent photographs via a link sent by sky technical proving where my devices are. I have been using a WiFi extender but have not streamed out side of my property. 2 calls have met with blank response. I am considering cancellation even if it costs me. I am not been robbed like this. Regards Iain. Please be aware.

This would suggest your public IP address is changing. (Thus giving the impression of being used in multiple locations)

Have you put in a complaint by filling in this form:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
This gives Sky 6 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Ok, they do not appear to use CGNAT - have you rebooted your router recently?
