Re: Tv account in credit
@NikkiR
Presumably you cancelled as you haven't said? Refunds after cancelling should take about 6 weeks from your last day of connection however posts here do suggest it’s taking longer.
We can potentially help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Community Messaging Team on here if you wish. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.
Before we can escalate it to Sky please confirm in your reply that the payment method is still active.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Re: Tv account in credit
@NikkiR
We’ve been asked to wait at least 10 minutes before we can escalate your post to Sky so I’ll escalate it at that point and their Community Messaging Team should contact you.
Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

Thanks for escalating this @Daniel0210. We’ve sent @NikkiR an invite to chat.
