I have email sayng if i dont cancel subscription not cancel subscription by end of this month i will pay extra £1 each month for my bill i dont know how i can cancel as i never sign for any subscription????
@Kate46 Have you checked the email senders information? It may be a phishing email, especially if you've never signed up with Sky for any of their services (TV, Mobile or Broadband).
