Charge applied for returned equipment

I returned all my equipment, sky q box and mini box along with all cables and remotes and  received acknowledgement of receipt. I'm now being told that I'm being charged for the mini box as this was not received, but everything was sent in the one box provided. Could someone please advise?  Many thanks

@Victor21 you're only telling other customers,  I'm afraid.  When did you return your Sky equipment? Do you have proof of postage?
