Refund on payment

I was billed on the 16th of June £26 my bill date has been set to the 25th since I started with sky and by taking the money out of my account 9 days before it was due out you have left me in a minus the virtual help was the opposite but led me here so hopefully I can get this resolved asap I've had to borrow money to pay other bills and feed myself because my account was put into a minus.

We are customers here who help each other so you are not talking to Sky support.

 

You say your were billed 9 days early so what shows on your Sky account here for this:

The virtual assistant told me to come here and query it? Fs lol it doesn't say if I could screenshot my banking app id of uploaded the payment and then the bill which says it's not due out til the 25th

Forget your banking app what does it show on your Sky account on the link I posted for you ?
