Changing surname

How can I actually speak to someone about changing my surname to my new married name?

Called sky and don't get a option then you look up online says you need to phone I'm going round in circles

I'm also having problems changing my surname. I spoke to a staff member today on the phone who stated she had changed my name but it's still showing the old surname

@SKY I tried to get my name changed a few years ago and they said they had. It's still the same MISSPELLED surname. And because they spelt it wrong I can't upgrade anything. They're still happy to take my money though out of the account with the CORRECT spelling. I lost cost of the amount of times I've tried to get this changed. Everything I get through they've said it's done yet when speaking to a sky rep in our local Shopping Mall he said nope it's still the wrong spelling and there's nothing I can do to change that nor upgrade anything for you as your name is different to that of the account. All I want is ONE letter changed at the start to be changed!!!!!! Noone will do it though!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure if they can help you with this but I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread regularly.

If you are using Safari also make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you have trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

It look like you didn't respond to the chat invite back in November last year so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
