In August I spoke with a member of your team wishing to remove HD and Ultra HD from my package – I received a confirmation email that this would be done within 31 days. Neither has been removed and I've (unknowingly) been charged every month since. Screenshot attached.
I'd like this to be A) Sorted as requested and B) This money credited back to me
I'm extremely annoyed by this whole situation.
