Billing issue – removal of services

In August I spoke with a member of your team wishing to remove HD and Ultra HD from my package – I received a confirmation email that this would be done within 31 days. Neither has been removed and I've (unknowingly) been charged every month since. Screenshot attached.

 

I'd like this to be A) Sorted as requested and B) This money credited back to me

 

I'm extremely annoyed by this whole situation.

You’re talking to fellow customers here not Sky Customer Services. This forum is where customers try to help other customers. You will need to re-contact Sky to challenge this.
