Changing payment date

Used the sky app to change payment date from the 10th of the 1st , followed the instructions but kept getting "oops  something  went wrong ",tried countless times no luck, tried online help ,sent me back to the already attempted process. I get the feeling sky is becoming less and less in touch with it's customers, finding it harder to talk to a real person ,instead of interacting with bots.

When calling Sky and you hear the bot see if you can get past it if you say nothing.

And it'll probably be too late for your July bill. 

 

Bills for Sky Q, Sky+, and Sky Broadband/Talk are generated 14 days before your payment date.

 

Bills for Sky Mobile, Sky Glass and Stream are generated 3 days beforehand.

A lot of the information to problems such I've experienced is buried deep and not connected directly to solving the problem logically.
