Changing payment date

How do you go about changing payment date

If you are new to Sky then you can only change the date once the second bill has been paid. Once it has you can do this via the MySky app or online here:

@Gemmah2  use the relevant section of the link below, if you're a new customer you have to allow two full billing cycles to pass before you can change it

I would like to change my payment date to the 18th of July 2024 and there after every 4 weeks on a Thursday

@Harvey141  it's too late to change for this month as the bill has already been generated, moving forward You can't specify a certain day sky will only take payment between the 1st and 28th of every month 

 

you have to select a date between the range and every subsequent payment will be taken on that date every month 

 

you can change it using the relevant section of the link below

It is to late to change it to the 18th as it is only 8 days away as Sky bills are created 14 days in advance so you will need to do after the 18th July and if you next bill is due in the next 14 days or less you would need to do it after this as well.

Sky only offer monthly payment terms - ensure you have sufficient balance to avoid late payment charges and account restrictions.
