I am attempting to update account info, specifically direct debit details, for an older family member. He has spoken with Sky over the phone to update his dd, however they have told him this can only be achieved online. He has a Sky account number, but not an online account associated with an email address/username or phone number (he doesn't have either). He has been with Sky for many years (originated in store), and doesn't access the internet. Is there a way to login with a Sky account number, only? Or is there a phone number for changing direct debit details (previous calls to Customer Services have not been sucessful.) Thank you in advance for your help!

I would be surprised if that was the case ?
If he has an account number then an online accout can be setup for him:
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id
An email address will have to be supplied so if you need one then you could set one up at Gmail or Outlook.com and use that.
