Changed package
I have a subscription for £68.00 per month that I began using on 6th march 2026 when it was installed. But I have accidentally reduced my monthly payment deal & would like to continue with the subscription that I originally agreed on. As I didn't realise I was on the correct account as I use my email address for other Sky accounts that belong to my elderly father & aunt & I thought I was unsubscribing to their Sky account (So a bit confusing 🫤 So would it be possible for me to continue with the monthly plan I have set up? Thanku 😊
