Switching credit from EE £307

I'veaopied for my switching credit, EE were charging £307 for exiting early and I checked triple times when signing up with sign they would cover this cost - the whole purpose was to get cheaper monthly payments. They've confirmed yes up to £100 & £200 for tv and broadband so I proceeded. Sent all the info in last night and today they've granted me a credit of £113 ?!? This isn't even half of they said for both tv & broadband. Making thing now more expensive for me not less!!! Anyone else had this ridiculous amount in comparison to what the could offer you.

Have you checked that there is a further credit showing on a future bill ?

Re: Switching credit from EE £307

There is nothing showing anywhere this was an email response they sent me today saying they've granted it and it's £113 onto my account! Any advice as this doesn't seem right to me as I'm on tv and broadband so would expect them to cover more

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
