It is probably to late to change this now (you don't say what service it is) but you will have to call Sky.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

In case you aren’t aware you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
Sky won't know who you are from a forum post. Also, cancelling at this late stage (the evening before the appointment) will likely incur a £25 charge.
