On 28th August I ordered a sky glass tv with sky tv and Netflix and sky cinema. I spoke to a man named Asef who was lovely. I was told I would receive the 55 inch sky glass tv on Saturday 31st August. My deal was for £19.99 a month. Tv was cancelled and I was told to speak to retailer to find out more
Please can you help

I'm afraid it sounds like you may have failed the required credit check(s). If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.

I'd note that £20 a month is not a possible price for Sky Glass (apart from during an initial 'free' period on the content subscription, which is a three month offer at the moment)
Currently a 55" Sky Glass set would be £19 per month loan repayment over four years, plus £28 per month content subscription for a minimum two year term (discounted to £0 for three months), with Cinema being an additional £10 per month, so more like £60 pcm until the loan is repaid.
