Change payment method

 I am a Sky Broadband customer, but I am having trouble changing my payment method.
When I try to update it, I receive the following message:

Change payment method unsuccessful
Your current payment method has not changed due to an unexpected error. Please try again.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

If you're a new Sky customer you need to let two payments go through before you can change the date. Does this apply to you?
