Change my Contact Mobile Number

I am trying to change the Mobile number used for Verification codes. I cannot change any of my persoanl; details as it sends a verification code to an old mobile number. In particular I whave taken up a netflix subscription but cannot set up an account as it sends the verification code to this old mobile number. Can you help?

When you set this up you had to tick a box to say that you had made a note of the recovery code so all you now need to do is to sign in with this as doing so will turn 2FA off which in turn will allow you to update your mobile number.

To the best of my knowledge I have not set up 2FA so I dont have any recovery code. This is the first time I have ever received a verification code sent message. I have definitely not set it up for my SKY email, so I am reasonably confident that I have not done so for my main sky account.
