Sky advisors on the telephone

Why do sky advisors have a system issue then say they need to phone you back checking you're number but don't phone back. This has happened to me 3 times in last few weeks. Also sky sales offer you one thing and do another as well over charging me. I feel they are trained to do this? It is a very unethical way of doing Buisness. Can anybody advise?
