Change for booster box

I don’t recall having a booster, and I can’t believe you would charge me for non return.

I had been a Sky customer for the best part of 20 years, and the reason I left was I had been waiting 7 years for a fiber line to be installed in our street, to no avail.
The amount of money I have paid you over the years must be thousands, and you have the audacity to get more money off me , unbelievable.

Ok, but you're just telling other Sky customers here.

Having FTTP in your location is wholly dependent on OpenReach (or any other installer) as Sky doesn't have it's own network as such.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

How long ago did you leave Sky?

Is the charge showing on your MySky account and has it been taken from your bank account?

Is this a Sky broadband booster or a Sky Q booster?

With answers above, we may be able to pass it to the Sky Community  messaging team to resolve and return any wrong payment for you, if you are really certain you never had one of the above boosters.
