Hi Oldfella, I need to renew my contract too have tried phoning Sky but the agent was talking so quickly and over me. I couldnt understand him and he couldnt understand me. Is there a good time to phone?

Customr Services are  open from 7.00am to,11.00pm. Best times to call are when lines first open or after 9.00pm.
