Change email address

Tried numerous times unable to.change my email address due to old email bring compromised..how can I update with new email as no luck on the app

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

On the app select the icon at the top left, then my details then account info as you should be able to change your email address here,
