We have been having the same issue for the last year I give up with them I will cancelling because I can't upgrade my mobile because all it says is restricted but all bills are paid on time each month. Virgin are offering a better deal!

Bills up to date saying reinstate services

Hi, 

 

My bills are paid and up to date. I tried to get a phone contract out and keeps popping up I need to reinstate my services, phoned them, called them to be told im all up to date and they don't know why it's happening! It's been happening for a whole year now. Nothing gets done. Im at the point where I want to leave sky because of it.

I don't think so! We have called what is sky market place?
