I have been trying a number of times to change the date of payment for Sky TV & broadband, I've been with Sky TV for over 12 years, not matter which way I do, Sky app or on their website I keep getting this.
As I have only joined Sky broadband on 20th December, could this be the reason?

Possibly - I believe you have to make 2 payments before you can change it and the additional service may have 'reset it'.

Hi Mark yes please would escalate it, as even thought I have just recently joined the broadband part of Sky the billing date is the same as my TV, so I can't see why it's not letting me change it? Thank you.
