It will do @Dawnie7190 as Sky will have to send you a cheque which is a much slower process, had you left the direct debit in place it could have been refunded within a week.

I put xxx because it says do not post personal information/accountinformation.
Basically, I was unhappy with sky's customer care but they said they would credit me with £24 if I agreed to end the complaint- they have not credited my account.
