I have tried to get bot help me with a problem but can't get past it. Is there another way to speak to someone online?

You have posted in the Sky Plus forum, if your issue is with a Sky Plus system and you do not have Sky Protect Insurance then Sky no longer provide support for issues with Sky Plus s it is now obsolete

I requested a refund ..I had cancelled direct debit will this effect me receiving my refund

@Dawnie7190  Does a credit show on the account?   When was the refund requested and what did the adviser tell you?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It will do @Dawnie7190 as Sky will have to send you a cheque which is a much slower process, had you left the direct debit in place it could have been refunded within a week.

I put xxx because it says do not post personal information/accountinformation. 

 

Basically,  I was unhappy with sky's customer care but they said they would credit me with £24 if I agreed to end the complaint- they have not credited my account.
