Music whilst waiting

Hello Sky,

I was waiting to speak to a human being, and chose Option 5 - Easy Listening whilst I was waiting (I am 68). 

Unfortunately you have put Neil Young in this category ('Heart of Gold').

The man is a legend,  he is headlining Glastonbury this year,  sorry but he is not 'easy listening' ! 😊

@JHLNYRO  I'm afraid you're not talking to Sky but to other customers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
