To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Same here. All my bills and orders are "restricted". Same log on I've used for years.

I'm trying to access my sky bill too and it says "restricted access", even though I have an account and pay for sky monthly!

Thanks for the quick response but I've managed to link my account via postcode and now I can access my bills and PDFs. It's not so clear on your website that you need to link accounts before you can access account info so you'll probably get more of these messages!

 I guess so? I've been with sky over 12 years but this has only just become an issue. I have full access except for billing and my sky
