Can't view bills just comes up restricted access

I only have sky mobile and am using the email address that my emails from sky go to about my bills. But every time I log in just getting restricted access when trying to view bills.

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

My problem is as above - after i log into my account, other areas including my billing section says im restricted...

I'm having the same issue as above, I require a utility bill to be printed but I have no access once logged in. Every page is restricted on my account. Can I speak with someone please?
