Cant get reinstated for my Sky Tv

Hi my name is Louise Baker I paid my bill and my next bill is due on the 23rd May but I cant get reinstated even though on my app that there is no outstanding bills to be paid. I need help to find out why I cant use my Sky Tv even though the bill as been paid. Please could you help me to resolve my problem. Thank you Louise

Sky won’t reinstate them until you’ve paid what (Sky believe) is owed in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. 

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week as banks are closed.

Once you’ve done all this you’ll be able to call Sky if you need to speak to an agent.

Have you setup your payment method again as this also needs to be done as it isn't clear from what you have said here if you have done this yet.
