Activation date missed

I haven't activated my sky Hun yet and now sly are saying they are going to collect my hub

Sky have said that they are arranging for my hub to be collected because I haven't activated it yet and that I might have to pay for the equipment. I had no idea that there was a time limit on activating it and don't want to cancel my account

Sorry but your post still isn't very clear, you don't activate broadband as that is done for you automatically so if you don't connect you hub up it doesn't matter as you are still paying for the service.

 

Have you been sent a new hub and you haven't returned the old one ?
