I downgraded my account on the 4/01/2023..........this has not gone through.........spoke to someone 10/02/2023 who said they would downgrade with immediate effect and sort my bill out to show this. My tv has still not downgraded, I still have a £116 bill which is meant to be £42 and now I cannot contact sky customer services until I pay my bill of £116?! (Which I will not be paying as I have screen shots of me downgrading in January) I cannot afford this bill and I do not know what to do 😞

And while it appears Sky have made the mistake here it would be to your advantage to pay the bill as they are more likely to correct this if you account is up to date billing wise then if it isn't.

No my services are still on. I've been having the messages about channels going off for about a month but nothing happened as yet
