I purchased a contract for a 2022 Macbook M2 around 4 months ago now, the direct debits have been coming out of my account fine but every time I try to link my Sky ID to my mobile account it says it's already linked. However when I try to go on the app and go through my contracts it says I haven't linked the account. I'm super confused and haven't been able to resolve this for months. Please help!
