Hi, I cancelled Sky Broadband around a month ago (Via chat), 10 days before we had a new suppplier installed. Nothing has been done and i have been charged for September and ongoing bills seem live from my account.
I have tried chat several times and they never do what i am asking.
How on earth can i get such a simple thing done correctly and refunded for this month?

No i did not, each time live chat says it's done or in process, nothing happens, then i have to repeat, so frustrating.
