I want to add a family member to my Sky account with a secondary ID so they can use sky Go. I've followed the instructions at https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/secondary-sky-id (in particular step 3 got to My Sky > Product Settings > Link Accounts) but the Product Settings page does not offer me that option, only Sky Go devices, Pair your Sky Q box, and Reset TV Pin. So how do I do this?
Many thanks
Kevin

I'll post this here, as it seems the best place to leave information for others trying to add secondary IDs to their account. Obviously, Sky aren't keen to have people do this otherwise they would make it easier. These instructions are working as tested on 17th December 2022.
I hope this helps someone and that Sky don't decide to move everything and hide it all from us again.

So it appears that the SECONDARY user uses the Link Account button to the primary user's account, for which they need to know the primary user's post code and possibly the Sky account number too.
Primary user gets an email telling them this has happened.
I was expecting the Primary user to have to add the Secondary - seems a bit insecure that the Secondary can add themselves simply by knowing the Sky account number and postcode.

And there's another problem - following those instructions created the linking user as an AUTHORISED Sky iD on my account so they can see and change my billing information. I want to create a SECONDARY Sky iD who can only access my streaming services such as SkyGo.
If you're going to refer me to instructions that I've already read, please make sure you've followed them yourself first, because they really don't work for me!

I'm having the same issue, and to say a company the size of Sky cannot get the website to do what it states after months, is a total joke. I've tried on and off since Christmas 2020 and all I get is a stupid message saying the page doesnt exist when I click the link. Tried all ways and even though the page tells you, you can have primery and secondary users nothing works. I wanted secondary IDs for my wife and kids, so they can watch shows on SkyGo and also so my daughter can check her remaining data on her sky mobile SIM. She is always messaging me to ask how much data she has and should be able to check herself easily. after all i purchased the phone and SIM for her use and not mine, so simple details like the data left should be available to her. Like others have mentioned, I could login with my details, but it gives her full access to my full Sky account.
Enough is enough, please either tell the web designers to fix the issue or dismiss them and find someone who can do the job properly.

I've tried all the help items, emailed them and even talked to them in the phone. I've been told multiple times "we'll inform the relevant team and have it looked into". At one point there was 7 of us in the house and they've grew up and left, leaving my wife, youngest daughter, our granddaughter who lives with us and myself. They could all have been using SkyGo on their tablets or phones, is Sky got their act together.
The main reason I've tried again, is because I've got a sky mobile and now just got my daughter one. It's states you can watch most of the channels your subscribed to, without using you mobile data, when you use the Sky apps.
so she's got the apps, the Sky Mibile SIM, but I cannot get a secondary Sky ID to use on her phone.
The speed they're looking into fixing the problem, all our contract will have run out, before it's fixed or she'll be old enough to get her own house, Sky and the Sky ID you get as a new customer. In an odd way it makes you laugh.

I've spent the morning trying to create a Secondary ID and all it ever seems to want to create is an Authorised ID which is just what you want to be handing out to your daughter at university!
It just seems a mess to be honest. Why isn't there a simple option in your profile settings to add users in the way you can remove them? Or why can't you change your Additional User privileges i.e. if there is an Authorised User, you can downgrade them to a Secondary User and vice versa.
Is there any resolution in sight to this problem??

I've also just run into the same issue as mentioned in this post - can you please also escalated the post for me to the Sky Messaging team to try and resolve?
