About policy cancelletion
Hii there
i have changed my mind now and i donot want to change sky broadband with any other. So i want to continue with sky. Please do not cancel my sky broadband policy

As we are customers here so you are not talking to Sky if you called Sky previously to put in your 14 days notice to cancel then you need to call them again to tell them you no longer want to cancel.
