Your Reward Pass

I received a message from sky saying i was eligible for a prepaid card. I chose the mastercard prepaid card however i am having such issues with this.

It says you can view your card details online and they are no where to be found it just shows the last 4 digits of the card number and pin.

It says a card was shipped to me on the 23rd and not heard anything since.

i just wonder if anyone else signed up for this reward and is having similar issues?

@Katieegggggg

These cards are issues by Edenred so I would contact them for which you can do so via their website:

Re: Your Reward Pass

Hiya, Yes this is a complete joke - it made me set up an account. I did this and saved it to my iphone passwords, and also wrote it down and surprise surprise the details are not recognised. The phone number to contact doesnt exist, the form to email them (as they dont give their address you have to fill the form) doesnt allow you to press send and the live chat wont work unless you log in. So it is basically useless and cant be accessed.

@RipOff1 you can find the number to call via the 'need more help' button at the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home

Sky's postal address is in your contract.

Re: Your Reward Pass

I have tried to log into the rewards pass website to get my pin number but to no joy. This is an absolute joke and scam from sky. I have money on a card and can't even use it

Re: Your Reward Pass

I took out a broadband contract in October and got my digital MasterCard today for £110 through GiftCloud and YourRewardPass.

The card number, expiry date and CVV are clearly shown at the end of the set-up process and must be recorded/printed at this time .... you don't even need to create an account.

It all works perfectly if you follow the process correctly in the emails they send you.

Re: Your Reward Pass

What did you put as name on card when paying for something online with the reward card?

Re: Your Reward Pass

I used my own initials and surname when using the voucher and it worked without any problem. I used the voucher to put the £110 straight into my Sky account as a prepayment. Didn't have to make any further payments for 4 months.. !
