Cannot access any page on my sky account

I'm a new customer and I'm having trouble accessing my account online via my Sky ID. When I log in, everything either appears blank or is marked as "unauthorised".

I have ordered broadband to be installed at my address and have been told that I can see my order on the account however I cannot see this on the My Orders page. I effectively don't have access to anything of the MySky webpage

Have you linked your broadband account to your Sky ID as per this:
