Hi, I was in hospital and when I got home my wifi was off and I realised my dd has not gone through. Paid £40+ for tv back on and £62 for wifi back on! This morning I've woken upto my wifi fully cancelled and a email in spam telling me in Jan if I didn't pay in 5 days it was being cancelled. I paid on the 1st of April without seeing this notification. However whoever activated my services on the online chat could have made me aware!!

Bill wouldn't have been anymore than 30 days past due. My TV stream is still active 😑. Absolutely don't understand online chats now not open to 8:30am and I start work at 9am-9pm 😑
