Canclled account

Hi, I was in hospital and when I got home my wifi was off and I realised my dd has not gone through. Paid £40+ for tv back on and £62 for wifi back on! This morning I've woken upto my wifi fully cancelled and a email in spam telling me in Jan if I didn't pay in 5 days it was being cancelled. I paid on the 1st of April without seeing this notification. However whoever activated my services on the online chat could have made me aware!! 

 

  • How do I get wifi back I've paid for?????

How late were your payments? It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.

Bill wouldn't have been anymore than 30 days past due. My TV stream is still active 😑. Absolutely don't understand online chats now not open to 8:30am and I start work at 9am-9pm 😑
