Bill Payment

Hi. My phone bill is 28.87. It was supposed to go on 25th January but the direct debit payment returned because of low balance. Today I credited 28.87 into my sky account but direct debit is still attempting to charge my bank account. Can anyone help please?

Thank you.

@Umar121  If you have a Direct debit setup you should never need to make a manual payment as this won't stop the collection from going ahead.

If the 1st DD fails Sky normally try again 10 days later, and that is what they are doing.

@Umar121

The unnecessary manual payment will go as a credit on your account for the amount you have overpaid once the planned payment has been processed. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
