I cancelled my account in December, didn't cancel my dad until January but have received an email to say I now owe money even though my account says it is closed. Is this just poor administration? I wouldn't like to have my credit rating affected!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBills are generated 14 days before the payment date so it's quite likely there was another payment due. You need to make this payment and then any overpayment will be reimbursed.
