Cancelling
Hi , I cancelled my contract for broadband and calls yet I've still been charged , my contract was finished so I should t of been charged .

@Lauraann86 you're billed as normal during your 14 days notice period. As bills are processed 2 weeks before your normal payment date, it's not unusual to be charged after cancellation. Sky will, of course, refund any charges paid after your cancellation date.
