Cancelling sky

We are doing g travelling and don't want sky anymore we have given 31 days notice and sent back our sky q box our internet box and paid up front money for internet as we are still in contract the last day is 18 April and is still showing 48 pounds for the next 3 months . We know we are still in contract to next year so we just need what is outstanding for the tv package internet . We still have our SIM card on the phone they ok still and paying that and roaming data 2.00pounds a day to June . So just need to have someone five us the final payments tomorrow of what we need to pay off please

The latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you can’t cancel your TV subscription when still in a minimum term deal unless Sky agree. If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term.

I spoke to someone o. 28 th march to cancel everything on 31 at March2026 need to know what we need to pay off and who to . Have sent back devices as we were travelling so they where sent 1st and second of April sky q box broadband box and another box that was upstairs to have sky .

Some customers report there was a problem with the Customer Service phone lines earlier today so perhaps theres still an issue or it's having a knock on effect with customers now trying again.
