Cancelled

Hello I cancelled my broadband on Friday why is it showing on my future bills

14 days notice is required to cancel a broadband subscription during which time the billing continues as normal. Afetr you have left any overpayment should appear on your account as a credit that can then be refunded to you so have you actually left Sky yet or are you still in the 14 days notice period ?

@Adammahmood1it should disappear from your future billing shortly after your 14 days notice period has ended.

If you cancelled on Friday, you're still in your notice period.

They was aware I was leaving November they sent me a email saying I would still be connected until I switch over and that wasn't until march that happend so I don't understand how they said I hadn't cancelled my broadband

@Adammahmood1 You mean your service wasn't cancelled when you switched to a different provider in March?

 

That's a separate issue that you would have to take up Sky and your new provider. As customers here, we can't know why your service with Sky wasn't cancelled by your new provider when the switch took place.
