Cancelled sky sports complete package.

I've just cancelled sky sports complete package, which went ok. Couple of days later the confirmation letter came and to my surprise it says sky cinema and legacy f1 entitlement was cancelled as well, which was not requested. Then sky cinema will be added back at a higher price.

has anyone had something similar when cancelled sky sports. I've been with sky for 21 years, this is the 1st time I've downgraded my subscription.

Have you spoken to Sky as it might be that the letter is incorrect so if you call them they can both look into this for you and if needs be reinstate them.

Legacy entitlements are lost when making certain changes.

F1 legacy was enabled with the 'legacy HD' pack many years ago.  (As a 'sweetener' when HD charges were first introduced)

If you have both sky cinema and sky sports, they tend to be discounted when you have both.

If you cancel one, you lose the discount on the other, hence why you will now be paying full price for sky cinema

Because f1 is part of sky sports, the f1 legacy effectively ended when you previously upgraded to the complete sky sports
