Cancelled account

My account is due to end with yourselves on the 25th September.  My next bill is due on the 28th September and it states is covers the period 28th September- 27th October.  As my account will be cancelled before then , am I still due to pay this bill?

Ok, billing continues as normal during your notice period.

Bills are generated 14 days before payment date (as normal, so includes month in advance).

The following bill will generate a credit (back to cessation date) and should be refunded with 6 weeks.  But you may wish to chase Sky once your account shows a credit.
