@JamesMcGauley  You need to take this up with Virgin Media directly?

 

On a side note if you switched broadband from VM to Sky using the One Touch switching any TV package you have with VM would not be cancelled as OTS is broadband only.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What services did you transfer to Sky?
Sky can only cancel Broadband services, for mobile & TV the customer needs to give notice to their old supplier.
