mail received to say billing incorrect

Hi all,

 

just received an email to say i wasnt being charged correctly for sky tv, and now they have changed it.

 

it has gone up £30 per month from what was agreed on the phone.

 

Im being told I cant cancel as in contract which I am, however if they have changed the prices from what was agreed at the time i took the contract out (other than the price increase each year) surely this is not okay?

Look at your itemised bills and tell us what's changed...  I recall some instances of Signature being undercharged last year.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I would  call sky directly  this sounds like a scam to me,
