So I ordered (well the boyfriend did) F1 channel on a rolling 31 day contract, cancelled after a week, should able to watch till the end of the 31 days, but says I need to upgrade, however future bill is showing the £20 extra.
Only seems to be a bot on live chat?
Any ideas? Have I got to call up or are there any reps in these forums? (first time poster)
