Cancelled F1, should be able to watch until end of the month but can't

So I ordered (well the boyfriend did) F1 channel on a rolling 31 day contract, cancelled after a week, should able to watch till the end of the 31 days, but says I need to upgrade, however future bill is showing the £20 extra.

 

Only seems to be a bot on live chat?

 

Any ideas? Have I got to call up or are there any reps in these forums? (first time poster)

You should be able to view until the end of the notice period so to find out why you can't you will have to a call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
