Could not find how to call and speak to Sky operator as the message kept telling me to add my payment details or call back when I had them. It said I could delete the message using BackUp on my Sky remote. I dont have or use sky anymore so how am I supposed to do that?
Sky are still trying to take payments from account but the account was cancelled on 23rd February 2023.....

Did you get email notification of your cancellation ?

That means your final payment is usually made after your services have ended and Sky will pursue you if payment is refused. They will, of course, refund the inevitable overpayment.
